Led by IA Austin Managing Director Stephanie Long, the new IA Austin office is home to a creative and entrepreneurial culture that celebrates the weird and different.

The IA Austin office will focus on creative workplace design, education, and retail.

The main drivers in Austin are attraction and retention because the city is vibrant, high-tech, and creative, and IA’s clients in Austin want the best amenities and features to attract the smartest people.

The most “Austin thing” is the hiking and biking trails around Lady Bird Lake, which were first created in the 1970s by Lady Bird Johnson. According to Long, the trails symbolize everything that Austin is about.
