IA Interior Architects Launches Podcast, RadioIA

IA Interior Architects is pleased to announce it has launched radioIA, a podcast about the architecture and design industry. This is a grassroots look inside of a working architecture and design practice. As the first firm of its kind to break into the podcasting medium, this new program is an uncensored peek into the inner workings of our day-to-day industry with insight about trends in the field, and project stories from a new perspective.

The podcast is hosted by IA Principal and Managing Director of the Houston office, Russell Manthy. Episodes feature discussions with IA staff and industry colleagues centered on design, strategy, culture, sustainability, and other topics. Prior episodes include an interview about building repositioning, featuring Managing Principal and Managing Director Brian Koshley and Principal and Design Director Lisa Kelly from IA in Orange County; and an educational interview with Julie Maggos, IA’s director of environmental graphic design, who reveals a wholly different type of obsession with coffee. The podcast also features guests from outside the firm. One episode features Mike Lynch from NASCAR, their Vice President of Green Technologies. Another features the Director of Marketing from Cameron Management in Houston, who shares some of the secrets uncovered in the walls during a 100-year-old building renovation.

You can listen and subscribe on iTunes, Stitcher, and Google Play, and look for show notes and photos of episode topics on the IA’s blog, dIAmeter. We look forward to sharing this podcast series with you. Please be in touch with any questions or press inquiries.
