JOSEPH GEIERMAN

Real Estate and Facilities Director | Troutman Sanders

Joseph is Troutman Sanders’ Director of Real Estate and Facilities. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Master of Science Degree in Building Construction and Facility Management. He is also an IFMA Certified Facility Manager and a CoreNet Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR). Joseph is well-versed in corporate real estate and facilities best-practices, and he uses this knowledge daily in his work for Troutman Sanders. Outside the office, Joseph is actively engaged in his community. In 2017, he was elected to Doraville, Georgia’s city council. In the 2019 election cycle, he has qualified in the race to be Doraville’s next mayor.


BUZZ RILEY

Managing Director | IA Interior Architects

Buzz is the Managing Director of IA Interior Architects’ New York office. In his more than 30 years in the profession, he has directed a broad range of workplace projects for a variety of client types, including global legal, financial, technology, and professional service companies. With over two million square feet of law firms completed, he has seen first-hand the evolution of legal workplace design as well as generational impacts. Buzz holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University and is a member of IFMA and CoreNet. He worked closely with Joseph on Troutman Sanders’ office new Atlanta headquarters where, together, they pushed the boundaries of what’s expected from legal office design.
