A Message From IA Interior Architects on COVID-19

‘‘

As circumstances continue to develop related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to communicate IA’s operational plan in response. As a global organization, it has always been imperative for us to have a flexible IT infrastructure nimble enough to accommodate client needs wherever they might be in the world. Using this infrastructure as a base has allowed us to work with each of our 23 offices to implement a work from home strategy for the immediate future. We are also implementing enhanced cleaning protocols at all of our offices, which will remain open. However, we are suspending outside, non-essential, in-person meetings and gatherings at this time and will be hosting client meetings and presentations via teleconference and video conference. This will allow us to prioritize both the well-being of our professionals and the community as well as maintain a high level of service to our clients and partners.

As this crisis continues to evolve, we will closely monitor the situation and adjust our approach as needed. While all business travel is currently curtailed, we are committed to working closely with our clients and partners to address modifying project parameters as necessary.

We also take very seriously our obligations as corporate citizens of our global community. As such we are taking the necessary actions to prevent overwhelming medical and health resources by following the recommendations of both the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control.

We are confident that by communicating consistently, being flexible, and pulling together, we will be able to continue to provide the exemplary service level you have become accustomed to from IA.

If there is any way we can better support and serve you, please let us know. We wish all of our clients and business partners continued good health during this time.
