IA’s Atlanta Office Moving to T3 West Midtown

IA’s ATLANTA OFFICE SIGNS 2020 LEASE AT T3 WEST MIDTOWN

The leadership of IA Interior Architects’ Atlanta office is pleased to announce that our firm will be the first official tenant of the T3 West Midtown building. T3, which stands for “Timber Transit Technology,” will be the largest timber constructed building in the US. The firm has signed a 10 year lease which includes almost 7,000 SF in T3.

Only the second T3 structure to be completed by Hines, the West Midtown building is one of the most environmentally friendly and sustainable building types in a modern workplace; all timber is sourced from managed forests that utilize certain sustainable forestry practices, which helps make LEED certification a given. The building is Wired Certified Platinum, the highest certification a building can earn.

IA is elated to be part of this exciting new project. The decision to move to this forward- thinking, environmentally conscious building aligns with IA’s values of being innovative, sustainable, and invested in the future of the built environment. Having designed and created space in Minneapolis at T3 North Loop, we’re thrilled to be occupying space within a T3 building.

“IA is excited about this new chapter at T3 with Hines. We have been in Atlanta since 2000 and know this dynamic building was an ideal choice to grow our regional presence. We look forward to being in the West Midtown area next spring with heightened connectivity to opportunities and industry talent,” shares Jodi Borges Bradley, Managing Director of IA’s Atlanta office and a Principal with the firm

“IA Interior Architects is exactly the type of tenant customer T3 West Midtown was designed for,” said Hines Senior Managing Director John Heagy. “T3 provides an environment that fosters creativity in a mixed-use setting.  We are looking forward to years of propelled growth and innovative design from this great architectural firm.”
